The company disclosed that Qingdao Yiyang is jointly owned by Hisense Home Appliances and several other independent parties, with the Qingdao Municipal People’s Government being the ultimate beneficiary of a significant stake. This supplemental information complements the initial announcement regarding the partnership agreement to set up the Partnership.
