Hisense Home Appliances Group Co., Ltd. has announced the election of Mr. Xu Guo Jun as the chairman of the audit committee and a member of both the remuneration and appraisal committee and the nomination committee. This appointment follows his recent induction as an independent non-executive director of the twelfth session of the company’s Board of Directors.
