Hisense Home Appliances Group Co., Ltd. has announced an ordinary final cash dividend of RMB 10.13 per 10 shares for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, payable in HKD at 10.87003 per 10 shares on August 15, 2024. Shareholders must register by July 2, 2024, to be eligible for the dividend, which will not be subject to individual income tax for individual shareholders holding H shares outside of China.
