Hisense Home Appliances Group Co., Ltd. announces its 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held in Qingdao City, where it will address key issues including the approval of financial statements, profit distribution, and executive board elections. The AGM, scheduled for 24 June 2024, will consider various resolutions such as re-appointing auditors, initiating foreign exchange derivatives business, and purchasing directors’ liability insurance. Shareholders will also be presented with proposals to amend the Articles of Association and to approve the issuance of shares and debt financing instruments.
