Greencore Group PLC has advanced its share buyback program by purchasing an additional 352,399 shares for cancellation on August 6, 2024, at an average price of £1.7161 per share. This latest transaction is part of a £30 million buyback initiative that started on May 21, 2024, showing the company’s ongoing commitment to returning value to shareholders. To date, Greencore has acquired a total of 14,803,004 shares under this scheme.
