Greencore (GB:GNC) has released an update.
Greencore Group PLC has recently advanced its share buyback program by purchasing 79,000 of its own shares for cancellation, at prices ranging between £1.8020 and £1.8105 per share. This action is part of a larger buyback plan worth GBP 30 million that began on 21 May 2024, with the company having bought back a total of 16,298,331 shares to date. The buyback aims to enhance shareholder value by reducing the number of shares in circulation.
