Greencore (GB:GNC) has released an update.
Greencore Group PLC continues its share buyback program, purchasing an additional 99,534 shares for cancellation on August 20, 2024, as part of the £30 million plan initiated in May. These transactions were executed through Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited, with prices ranging from £1.7729 to £1.7980 per share. To date, the company has bought back a total of 16,115,080 shares under this scheme.
