Greencore (GB:GNC) has released an update.
Greencore Group PLC has continued its share buyback initiative, confirming the purchase and subsequent cancellation of 113,555 of its own shares on the London Stock Exchange for a volume weighted average price of £1.7597 each. This latest transaction is part of Greencore’s £30 million share buyback programme that was announced earlier on 21 May 2024. Overall, Greencore has acquired a total of 15,649,908 shares for cancellation since the programme’s commencement.
