Greencore Group PLC has announced a significant step in its share buyback program, purchasing 156,403 ordinary shares for cancellation on September 4, 2024. Part of an ongoing GBP 40 million initiative to buy back shares announced in May and extended in August, this latest move underscores the company’s commitment to shareholder value. The shares were acquired through Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited at a volume weighted average price of £1.8262.
