Greencore Group PLC has reported a significant change in shareholding, with Brandes Investment Partners, L.P. crossing the threshold to now own 4.99% of the company’s voting rights. This change in stake, previously at 5.12%, occurred on August 30, 2024, and was formally notified to Greencore and the Central Bank of Ireland on September 03, 2024. The adjustment reflects a slight decrease in Brandes Investment Partners’ influence on the Ireland-based food company.
