Greencore Group PLC has continued its share buyback program, purchasing an additional 152,133 ordinary shares for cancellation on September 5, 2024, as part of an ongoing effort that began on May 21, 2024. The shares were bought through Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited at a volume-weighted average price of £1.8480, with individual prices ranging from £1.8465 to £1.8540.
