Greencore (GB:GNC) has released an update.
Greencore Group PLC has continued its GBP 30 million share buyback program, purchasing 61,838 ordinary shares for cancellation on 19 August 2024. The shares were bought through Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited at a volume weighted average price of £1.7768, with prices ranging from £1.7700 to £1.7830 per share. To date, Greencore has acquired a total of 16,015,546 shares for cancellation since the buyback initiative began on 21 May 2024.
