Greencore (GB:GNC) has released an update.
Greencore Group PLC has continued its GBP 30 million share buyback program, announcing the purchase and subsequent cancellation of 260,247 ordinary shares at an average price of £1.6950 on August 5, 2024. This latest transaction brings the total number of shares bought back by the company to 14,450,605 since the program’s initiation on May 21, 2024. The buyback operation was executed through Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited on the London Stock Exchange.
