Greencore (GB:GNC) has released an update.
Greencore Group PLC has continued its GBP 30 million share buyback initiative, announcing the cancellation of 153,000 ordinary shares, at prices ranging from £1.7900 to £1.8020, purchased on 31 July 2024. This latest transaction is part of their ongoing efforts to reduce the number of shares in circulation, a move that often aims to increase the value of remaining shares. To date, Greencore has acquired 13,479,467 shares for cancellation under this programme.
