Greencore (GB:GNC) has released an update.
Greencore Group PLC has recently announced the purchase and cancellation of 341,550 of its own ordinary shares as part of its ongoing GBP 30 million share buyback program. The shares were acquired through Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited on the London Stock Exchange, with the buyback initiative having commenced on 21 May 2024. The company has now cumulatively bought back 12,978,222 shares for cancellation since the program’s inception.
