Greencore Group PLC has continued its share buyback initiative by purchasing 439,130 of its own shares for cancellation on July 17, 2024, with transactions conducted through Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited. The buyback is part of a larger GBP 30 million program that began on May 21, 2024, with Greencore now having acquired a total of 10,778,123 shares. This step is part of the company’s effort to enhance shareholder value, with shares bought at prices ranging from £1.7695 to £1.7820.
