Greencore Group PLC has actively continued its share buyback program by purchasing 115,000 of its own shares for cancellation on July 19, 2024, at a volume-weighted average price of £1.7645. This latest transaction is part of a larger £30 million share buyback initiative that began on May 21, 2024, demonstrating the company’s commitment to shareholder value. To date, Greencore has acquired a total of 11,334,573 shares for cancellation under this program.
