Greencore (GB:GNC) has released an update.
Greencore Group PLC has announced the continuation of its share buyback program by purchasing 441,450 of its ordinary shares for cancellation, at an average price of £1.7761 each, on 18 July 2024. The buyback is part of a larger £30 million initiative that began on 21 May 2024, with a total of 11,219,573 shares bought back to date. The transactions were conducted through Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited on the London Stock Exchange.
