Greencore (GB:GNC) has released an update.
Greencore Group plc has continued its share buyback program, purchasing an additional 345,757 ordinary shares for cancellation on August 7, 2024. This latest transaction is part of the company’s £30 million buyback initiative that began on May 21, 2024, and to date, Greencore has acquired a total of 15,148,761 shares for cancellation. The shares were bought through Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited with prices ranging from £1.7293 to £1.7520 per share.
