Greencore (GB:GNC) has released an update.
Greencore Group PLC has recently executed a share buyback, purchasing 332,747 of its own shares through Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited as part of a larger GBP 30 million share repurchase plan initiated in May 2024. The shares were acquired on the London Stock Exchange at a volume weighted average price of £1.7838, contributing to a total of 12,636,672 shares bought back for cancellation since the program’s commencement.
