Greencoat UK Wind (GB:UKW) has released an update.
Greencoat UK Wind PLC, as part of its share buyback program announced last year, has purchased 300,000 of its own ordinary shares on 8 October 2024, with prices ranging from 137.90 to 140.00 pence. These shares will be held in treasury, bringing the total treasury-held shares to 39,534,715. The current total number of ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares, stands at 2,267,913,941.
