In line with its previously announced share buyback program, Greencoat UK Wind PLC has purchased 300,000 of its own ordinary shares, with prices ranging from 139.60 to 141.10 pence per share. After this transaction, the company’s treasury holds 39,234,715 shares, with the remaining shares in issue totaling 2,268,213,941. This move could indicate a strategic effort to manage the company’s capital structure and deliver value to shareholders.
