Greencoat UK Wind PLC has successfully executed a share buyback, purchasing 100,000 ordinary shares, with prices ranging from 140.90 to 143.00 pence per share. The shares acquired will be held in treasury, with the total number of shares in treasury now standing at 38,934,715. This repurchase is part of a previously announced share buyback programme and may influence shareholders’ notification responsibilities under the FCA’s rules.
