Gitennes Exploration (TSE:GIT) has released an update.

Gitennes Exploration Inc. has announced a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise up to $600,000 through the sale of common shares, flow-through shares, and units. The proceeds are intended to support the Company’s general expenses and fund exploration activities. The offering, which is available to Canadian investors (excluding Quebec), is anticipated to close around October 3, 2024, with certain securities subject to a four-month hold period.
