Gitennes Exploration Inc. has successfully closed the first $1.315 million tranche of its $1.5 million private placement, issuing over 4.3 million units at $0.30 each. The proceeds will be used for exploration, evaluation of new projects, and general expenses, with the second tranche expected to close in early January 2024.
