Gitennes Exploration Inc. is launching a private placement to raise up to $1.5 million by issuing units priced at $0.30 each, with the funds intended for exploration and general expenses. The offering includes common shares and warrants, allowing investors to potentially acquire more shares at $0.40 each. The placement is expected to close by December 20, 2024, pending TSXV approval.
