Georgia Capital PLC (GB:CGEO) has released an update.
Georgia Capital PLC has announced the repurchase of 15,000 of its ordinary shares as part of its ongoing share buyback and cancellation program initiated on 19 May 2024. The shares were bought through Numis Securities Limited on the London Stock Exchange at prices ranging from 1064.3800p to 1068.0000p per share. These repurchased shares are set to be cancelled, which will subsequently reduce the total number of shares with voting rights to 41,743,855.
