Georgia Capital PLC has implemented a share buyback and cancellation programme, purchasing 10,000 of its own shares on July 16, 2024, with the price per share ranging between 1109.2400p and 1120.0000p. Once these repurchased shares are cancelled, the total number of shares with voting rights will reduce to 41,542,605. The company plans to continue making purchases under this programme with future announcements expected upon completion.
