Georgia Capital PLC (GB:CGEO) has released an update.
Georgia Capital PLC has announced the buyback of 49,000 of its own shares as part of an ongoing share buyback and cancellation programme, with transactions executed on the London Stock Exchange at varying prices, leading to a volume weighted average price of 959.1631p per share. Following the repurchase, the shares will be held in Treasury until cancellation, which will subsequently reduce the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights to 41,863,490. Further announcements are expected upon the completion of additional purchases under the programme.
