Georgia Capital PLC has successfully executed a share buyback, purchasing 20,000 of its ordinary shares on July 10, 2024, at prices ranging from 1036p to 1060p per share, under its previously announced Buyback Programme. The shares are set to be canceled, which will reduce the total number of shares with voting rights to 41,598,855, impacting shareholder percentage holdings. The company will continue to update the market with further transactions under this programme.
