Georgia Capital PLC has announced the purchase of 26,250 of its own ordinary shares on July 12, 2024, as part of an ongoing share buyback and cancellation program initiated in May. The shares were bought through Numis Securities Limited at an average price of 1072.4974p, with the plan to cancel them to potentially enhance shareholder value. Following the cancellation, the total number of shares with voting rights will be reduced to 41,562,605.
