Gamma Communications (GB:GAMA) has released an update.
Gamma Communications PLC reported the buyback of 20,484 of its own ordinary shares on July 11, 2024, at prices ranging from 1,428.00 to 1,470.00 pence, with the average price being 1,455.15 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury, with the company’s total shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) now standing at 96,335,563. The buyback is part of a previously announced program initiated on March 25, 2024.
