Gamma Communications PLC has announced the buyback of 30,947 of its ordinary shares at prices ranging from 1,414.00 to 1,446.00 pence per share, which will be added to the treasury. Post-transaction, the company’s treasury holds 1,442,253 shares with a total of 96,058,136 shares in issue, excluding those held in treasury. This action is part of the share buyback programme initiated on March 25, 2024.
