Gamma Communications (GB:GAMA) has released an update.
Gamma Communications PLC has recently bought back 30,947 of its own shares at prices ranging from 1,414.00 to 1,446.00 pence per share, with plans to hold these in treasury. Following this transaction, Gamma Communications now has 96,058,136 ordinary shares in issue, excluding those held in treasury. The move is part of an ongoing share buyback programme that was initially announced on 25th March 2024.
