Funding Circle Holdings plc has recently announced the buy-back and cancellation of 200,000 of its ordinary shares, which were purchased at prices ranging between 83.40p and 85.00p per share. Following this transaction, the company’s issued share capital will be reduced to 350,283,796 ordinary shares, thus potentially influencing shareholder positions. The buy-back is part of a previously announced program from March 7, 2024, aimed at reducing the number of shares in circulation.
