Funding Circle Holdings Limited (GB:FCH) has released an update.
Funding Circle Holdings plc has recently completed a share buyback, purchasing 300,000 of its own ordinary shares for cancellation, at prices ranging between 100.00p and 103.00p per share. This action will reduce the company’s issued share capital to 347,907,508 ordinary shares with voting rights. The buyback, executed through Numis Securities Limited on the London Stock Exchange, is part of a previously announced program from March 2024.
