Funding Circle Holdings plc has actively executed a share buyback, purchasing 284,000 of its own ordinary shares for cancellation, with prices ranging from 99.40p to 100.50p per share. Post-cancellation, the company’s total issued share capital will stand at 346,433,909 shares. The buyback is part of the company’s previously announced program, aimed at reducing share capital and potentially increasing the value of remaining shares.
