Funding Circle Holdings Limited (GB:FCH) has released an update.
Funding Circle Holdings plc has recently executed a share buy-back, purchasing 133,637 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging from 82.40p to 85.00p, with the intention to cancel them. This action will reduce the company’s issued share capital to 350,150,159 ordinary shares, as it follows through on the buy-back announcement made earlier in March. The cancellation of these shares is expected to potentially affect shareholder percentage holdings, hence they are advised to use the new issued share capital figure for their notifications.
