Eurocell (GB:ECEL) has released an update.
Eurocell plc has recently bought back 226,519 of its own shares at a uniform price of 133.50 pence per share, which will be cancelled, resulting in a new total of 105,957,071 shares with voting rights. The share repurchase reflects the company’s ongoing strategy to manage its capital effectively. Following the transaction, Eurocell’s total shares in treasury now amount to 642,000.
