Eurocell plc has announced the buyback and subsequent cancellation of 100,000 of its ordinary shares, each at a price of 130 pence, thereby reducing the total number of voting rights to 104,355,318. This strategic move, executed through the company’s broker, Peel Hunt LLP, will result in Eurocell holding 642,000 shares in treasury, potentially impacting shareholder calculations regarding their interest in the firm.
