The Wellcome Trust Limited has adjusted its stake in Eurocell plc, crossing the notification threshold with a new total of 8.0173% voting rights on June 21, 2024. This change in shareholding was formally notified to Eurocell on June 24, showing a significant increase from the previous holding of 7.0002%. The notification confirms The Wellcome Trust Limited’s position as a major shareholder in the UK-based issuer without any control via financial instruments.
