Eurocell (GB:ECEL) has released an update.
Eurocell plc has successfully executed a share buyback, purchasing 170,898 of its own ordinary shares at a uniform price of 133.50 pence per share, with the aim to cancel the acquired shares. This transaction has reduced the Company’s issued share capital to 106,825,665 shares, with 642,000 shares held in treasury. Shareholders may use this updated share count as a reference for disclosure obligations under the Financial Conduct Authority’s rules.
