Eurocell (GB:ECEL) has released an update.
Eurocell plc has recently completed a buyback of 234,890 of its ordinary shares at a price of 133.50 pence per share, with the transaction conducted on the London Stock Exchange. Following the buyback and subsequent cancellation of the acquired shares, Eurocell’s total issued share capital now stands at 105,722,181 shares, excluding those held in treasury. This action may influence shareholders’ notification requirements under the Financial Conduct Authority’s rules.
