Essentra (GB:ESNT) has released an update.
Essentra plc has recently announced the buyback of 11,500 of its ordinary shares at a uniform price of 163 GBp per share, as part of its ongoing share repurchase program initiated last March. The company intends to cancel these acquired shares, which will result in a total of 287,901,244 ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares. This cancellation will subsequently adjust the total number of voting rights, impacting shareholders’ notification thresholds under financial regulations.
