Essentra (GB:ESNT) has released an update.
Essentra plc has announced the buyback and cancellation of 11,500 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 163.75 pence per share, as part of its previously declared buyback program. This transaction will reduce the total number of Essentra’s ordinary shares, thereby potentially affecting shareholder voting rights. Following the transaction, the company will have 287,855,244 ordinary shares issued and outstanding.
