Essentra plc has recently bought back 11,500 of its ordinary shares at a uniform price of 162.6 GBp per share, as part of its ongoing share buyback program initiated in March 2023. These shares are to be cancelled, which will adjust the total number of voting rights in the company to 287,878,244. This action aligns with the company’s strategy to manage share capital and is in compliance with relevant financial regulations.
