Essentra (GB:ESNT) has released an update.
Essentra plc has announced the repurchase of 11,500 ordinary shares at a uniform price of 166 pence per share as part of its ongoing buyback program initiated earlier last year. The company plans to cancel these shares, which will affect the total number of voting rights available to shareholders. Following the cancellation, Essentra will have 287,889,744 ordinary shares in issue, excluding those held in treasury.
