Essentra (GB:ESNT) has released an update.
Essentra plc has executed a share buyback, acquiring 11,500 of its own ordinary shares at a uniform price of 159.6 pence per share, with intentions to cancel them to adjust the total number of voting rights available to shareholders. The transaction took place on 1 July 2024 through the brokerage Peel Hunt LLP, as part of a previously announced buyback programme. Post-cancellation, Essentra’s total issued share count will stand at 287,935,744 ordinary shares, excluding treasury-held shares.
