Essentra plc has announced the buyback and subsequent cancellation of 11,500 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 172 GBp per share, as part of its ongoing buyback program initiated in March 2023. Following the cancellation, the total number of voting rights in the company will be 288,004,744. This move is in line with the company’s strategy to manage its share capital effectively and is expected to influence shareholder value.
