Essentra (GB:ESNT) has released an update.
Essentra plc has announced the buyback of 11,500 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging from 165.0000 to 165.3000 GBp per share, with the intention to cancel these shares. This move, part of the Buyback Programme initiated on 29 March 2023, will result in a reduced number of shares in issue, specifically 288,039,244 ordinary shares, thereby affecting the total voting rights for shareholders.
